Lombok gives you the tropical setting of Bali with quieter beaches, lower group rates and shorter transfers between activities. Everything a corporate program needs is within 90 minutes of the airport.
Direct flights from Jakarta, Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore; 30 minutes by fast boat from Bali. The airport-to-resort transfer takes 25 to 60 minutes.
Beach clubs, hillside viewpoints and resort lawns that can be booked exclusively for your group, so games and gala dinners run without crowds.
Transport, hotels, meals, facilitators, sound system and photographers are coordinated by our own staff, not subcontracted through Bali.

Best for: teams of 20 to 100 with a tight schedule.

How many people can you handle?
From 10 to around 300 participants. Larger groups are split across nearby hotels with shared venues for games and dinners. Our fleet includes Hiace vans and medium buses of up to 35 seats, and larger groups travel in several vehicles
When is the best time for a corporate outing in Lombok?
April to October is the dry season with calm seas for the Gili islands. November to March is greener and quieter, with lower hotel rates; outdoor games are scheduled in the morning to avoid afternoon showers.
Can you run the sessions in English?
Yes. Our facilitators and coordinators work in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and we regularly host mixed teams from Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
What is included in the price?
Airport transfers, hotel, meals as listed, private transport, activity fees, facilitators and equipment, documentation, and a coordinator throughout. Flights and personal expenses are not included.
Do you also organise meetings, incentives or conferences (MICE)?
Yes. As a full-service Lombok tour operator we handle meeting rooms, AV, gala dinners and incentive trips alongside team building, and can combine a one-day conference with two days of activities.
