Your booking is confirmed once we receive your down payment. The down payment is flexible, with a minimum of 15% of the total, and it is what locks in your driver and your hotel rooms. The balance is settled on your first day in Lombok, at pickup. Payment is by bank transfer to the official CV Lombok Travelution company account, and we send you those details when we confirm your booking. Please never transfer to a personal account.

Rescheduling is free, at any time, with no deadline and no limit on how many times. Your down payment moves to the new dates. Two honest caveats: the new dates depend on room and vehicle availability, so peak periods such as national holidays cannot always be accommodated, and if the package price is higher on the new dates you cover the difference. That is a seasonal price difference, not a reschedule fee. For cancellations, refunds are calculated from what you have actually paid: 100% if you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, 60% between 29 and 17 days, 20% between 16 and 10 days, and no refund from 9 days before arrival onwards.

It is 100% private. The vehicle, the driver, the guide and the boat are reserved for your group alone. You will never be joined with strangers, and the daily schedule follows your pace rather than a fixed group timetable.

Because that figure carries two conditions, and we would rather you know them now than feel misled later. IDR 2,200,000 per person applies only to a group of 9 to 12 people staying at Puri Sharon or a similar 3-star hotel. The cost of a private car, driver, guide and boat is the same whether two people travel or twelve, so it divides further across a larger group. Two people at the same hotel pay IDR 5,200,000 each. Every combination is shown in the table above, with nothing hidden.

No, and that is deliberate. The crossing from Bali to Lombok is not included so you can choose the airline or fast boat operator that suits your schedule and budget. Tell us which crossing you have booked and we will meet you at the right airport or harbour at the right time.

Yes. Because the tour is private, we can adjust destinations, how long you linger at each one, hotel preferences and the daily order. Day 2 in particular follows the tide rather than the clock, since the Gili Pasir sandbar only appears at low water. Tell us what matters most to you and we will build the days around it.
