Lombok Travelutions acts as a tour travel agent arranging transportation, accommodation, meals, and attraction entrance tickets according to the package. Our service is Private Tour (exclusive, never combined with other groups) to guarantee your privacy.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Booking: Considered confirmed once we receive Down Payment (DP) confirmation.
- Down Payment (DP): Minimum 10% - 30% of the total cost to lock in the driver's schedule and hotel room.
- Final Payment: Can be made when you arrive in Lombok (Day 1 pickup).

4. Itinerary Flexibility
Our tour program is Flexible. The initial itinerary serves as a basic reference. You can discuss route changes directly with our Driver/Guide on the ground to suit your mood or physical condition.
*Additional charges may apply if route changes result in a significantly different travel distance or additional entrance tickets.

6. Force Majeure & Liability
- Natural Conditions: In the event of a natural disaster, extreme weather, or dangerous high waves, we reserve the right to reroute for participant safety without an obligation for a full refund.
- Personal Belongings: Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for losses in the vehicle or at tourist locations.
- Health: Please inform us if a participant has a specific medical history (asthma, heart conditions, etc.) before the trip begins.

Is this tour combined with other guests (Open Trip)?+
No. Our service is 100% Private Tour. This means only you and your own group are in the vehicle (never mixed with strangers). The Driver and Guide focus solely on serving your group.
What is ALREADY included in the package price?+
Our packages are usually All-In, covering: Hotel (as selected), Private Transportation (fuel + Driver), Lunch & Dinner, Attraction Entrance Tickets, Parking Fees, Mineral Water, and Private Boat (for Gili tours).
*Not included: Flight tickets, voluntary Driver/Guide tips, and personal expenses.
Can the itinerary/schedule be changed (Customized)?+
Absolutely. Because this is a Private Tour, the itinerary is flexible. You can request to spend more time at the beach, skip souvenir shops, or stop at a particular photo spot. Just discuss it with our driver on the ground.
💳 Booking & Payment
What is the payment procedure?+
Simply pay a DP (Deposit) 10-30% upfront to lock in the driver's schedule and hotel room. The remainder (final payment) can be paid once you arrive in Lombok (Day 1).
Is payment safe? Where do I transfer to?+
Very safe. We only accept payment through our official company bank account:

🚙 During the Tour
Where is the pickup location?+
Our team will pick you up anywhere within the Lombok area: Lombok International Airport (BIZAM), Lembar/Kayangan Harbor, or the hotel where you're already staying.
What about the food menu? Is it Halal?+
Lombok is known as the "Island of a Thousand Mosques", so we guarantee that all the restaurants we select are 100% Halal. If you have allergies (seafood) or don't like spicy food, please let us know beforehand so we can adjust.
How is pricing calculated for children?+
- Infant (0-2 yrs): Free.
- Child (2-10 yrs) No Bed: 30% of adult price.
- Child (2-10 yrs) With Bed: 80% of adult price.
